Submission of this application confirms that I have read and understand the guidelines, rules, and regulations required for participants of Bucyrus Candlelight Christmas, and I agree to follow those rules and regulations, as well as all rules and regulations of the City of Bucyrus and the State of Ohio. Further, submission of this application indicates my agreement to indemify, hold harmless and defend Bucyrus Candlelight Christmas, its employees and volunteers from any and all liability claims, damages, losses and expenses (including attorney’s fees) that may arise directly from my participation in Bucyrus Candlelight Christmas, and that I agree that I will at my own expense defend all action, suits, or proceedings which may be brought against Bucyrus Candlelight Christmas in connection with my negligence or willful misconduct, or a third-party claim arising out of my actions as a vendor at Bucyrus Candlelight Christmas. I agree that I will satisfy, pay, and discharge any and all judgements that may be entered against Bucyrus Candlelight Christmas in any such action or proceeding.
